Project Management & On-Site Assistance

At 1 Stop, we are fortunate to have some of the most experienced and successful project managers in the industry. Our team can provide detailed progression, production, and program reports which can assist with the clarification of your vendor’s applications for payment.

Our project management packages can be tailored to suit your individual needs, or if needed, we can conduct a single visit to support your team.

As standard within our project management package, we will conduct regular site visits throughout the duration of the project, and subsequently update key stakeholders with progress reports.

We can act as the main point of contact on-site for the vertical transport supplier throughout the project. We will then work closely with your site management team providing no-nonsense, jargon free advice.

Ensuring the prestart requirements are met is often the most straightforward way to reduce the risk of delay to your project. Here at 1 Stop we have a dedicated team on hand, ready to guide you through the initial stages of site preparation and enabling works. If required, we can often introduce you to one of our approved suppliers that specialise in enabling works in the vertical transport industry.

If instructed to do so, we can arrange and chair the on-site prestart meeting with your lift supplier.
